FELIPE NOGUERA
CURRICULUM VITAE


Felipe Noguera graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, with an honours degree in Mathematics in 1978.
In 1982 he completed a postgraduate degree in economics and sociology at the Instituto Torcuato Di Tella, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
In 1984-85 he taught criminal statistics at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

In 1988 he was chosen Eisenhower Exchange Fellow, and participated in the development of a US public policy program.
Between 1978 and 1982 he worked for Andersen Consulting as an information systems consultant in London, Washington DC and Buenos Aires.
Between 1982 and 1998 he was Partner and Director of Mora y Araujo, Noguera y Asociados, a political, social and market polling firm.
Since 1987 he has been a consultant to political campaigns in different countries of Latin America, as well as having participated in some US, European and African elections. He has advised over 50 top level electoral campaigns.
Since 1998 he is the President of Felipe Noguera Consultores (FNC S.A.) a consulting firm specializing in political campaigns, government communications, cutting edge technologies, and training in electoral campaigns, political and social communications.
Since 1990 he is a member of the International Association of Political Consultants (IAPC) and is currently the Association's Latin American Secretary. He is also a member of the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC). In 1996 he co-founded ALACOP (the Latin American Association of Political Consultants) and was elected its first President.
